Flower Delivery FAQ

Yes — Citywide Flower Plants offers same-day flower delivery throughout Manhattan and all five NYC boroughs. Place your order before 5:00 PM and we'll deliver it the same day, seven days a week including weekends and most holidays.

We deliver to all Manhattan neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Chelsea, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, SoHo, the Financial District, Harlem, and more. We also deliver to Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.

Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend ordering as early in the day as possible.

Delivery is a flat $15.00 fee for all eligible delivery orders — no variable rates based on distance or neighborhood. In-store pickup and curbside pickup are always free. The $15.00 delivery fee and applicable NYC sales tax are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Absolutely. We regularly deliver to hospitals, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, and event venues throughout New York City. Please include the full address, recipient name, and any special delivery instructions — such as a room number or front desk contact — when placing your order.

Yes — every order includes the option to add a personalized gift message at checkout. Your message will be printed on a card and included with the arrangement. For an even more memorable touch, we offer a video message option: simply upload a short video via our secure form at checkout.

Yes — we carry a beautiful selection of orchids including Phalaenopsis, Cymbidium, and double-stem varieties, as well as tropical indoor plants, peace lilies, bromeliads, succulents, and more. Plants make wonderful long-lasting gifts.

Yes — our seasonal collections change throughout the year to feature the freshest blooms available. From spring tulips and peonies to summer sunflowers, autumn chrysanthemums, and winter amaryllis, we always have arrangements that reflect the season.

Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat vents, and ripening fruit. Change the water every two days and re-trim the stems to maximize vase life.

We receive fresh flower deliveries daily at our Upper East Side shop. Our blooms are sourced from trusted wholesale growers and arrive fresh so every arrangement we create and deliver is at peak quality.
