What happens if no one is home. If the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location (a doorman, a neighbor, or a covered entryway). We'll also call or text the recipient to let them know the flowers have arrived. If delivery isn't possible, we'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
